Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership

Brandman University's Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership develops transformational leaders who are creative change agents within their organizations. This interdisciplinary degree imparts the knowledge and skills needed to foster collaboration, innovation, positive influence, strategic thinking and a profound commitment to lifelong learning. Ed.D. candidates come from a variety of industries and career paths, from education to nonprofit, business and government, students gain diverse perspectives on implementing transformational change.

The modality of the program is designed to maximize learning outcomes through direct application and leadership development. Students complete their course work online and begin working on their dissertations immediately to provide ample preparation for success. Online experiences provide flexibility while monthly cohort meetings and three immersions per year (in Irvine, CA) augment their learning outcomes with hands-on collaborative activities, led by a local cohort mentor in the area. Scholarships are available for participants in the SCOE leadership community.

Master's in Education—Educational Administration

Are you considering a master's degree in education? Did you know you could earn this degree in as little as a year by taking just one class every eight weeks?

Brandman University is proud to support school administrators and leaders which is why we developed the master’s degree in educational administration. Brandman is partnering with the Sacramento County Office of Education to block transfer 12 credits from your Preliminary Administrative Services Credential work, so you only have 18 of the total 30 credits to take for your master’s degree. This special pathway is designed to help students develop the high-performing leadership skills needed to create positive change for the renewal and improvement of their professional systems.

Available fully online, in blended modality at the Roseville campus, or directly at the Sacramento County Office of Education (pending 12 students or more), this degree offers the flexibility needed for busy administrators to continue their careers as they pursue their educational goals. Scholarships are available for SCOE participants.
